Meet the founder

My name is Enrique, and I am the founder of Outpost Collective.

In recent years, I’ve seen a shift in the coffee industry toward convenience at the expense of health and quality. I built Outpost Collective to be the opposite of that trend, an alternative coffee experience that does not sacrifice taste, quality, or integrity.

We create better-for-you coffee by making our alternative milks from scratch, currently using only oat milk made with three simple ingredients: oats, water, and himalayan salt. All of our syrups are sugar-free, and we incorporate high-quality whey protein isolate into our drinks to support those who prioritize nutrition and performance.

We’ve partnered with multiple gyms across the city to pilot our product. Our goal is to continue building partnerships with local gyms so we can exclusively serve their members with coffee that aligns with their health and fitness goals. Community and fitness are the foundation of this business.

At the same time, Outpost Collective also provides locally roasted, specialty coffee beans to businesses that care about quality. Standards of the coffee industry have been lowered, and we are committed to reversing that by focusing on what truly matters: the quality and roast of the bean.

We roast to order only. Our coffee is never warehoused, and we provide biweekly deliveries to ensure maximum freshness. We believe single-origin specialty coffee should be accessible to everyone.

Outpost Collective exists to challenge the cheap, stale coffee norm, one cup at a time.
