My name is Enrique, and I’m the founder of Outpost Collective.
I started Outpost with a simple belief: coffee deserves more care than it often gets.
In a world built around convenience, we wanted to create something more intentional. Coffee you look forward to making, appreciate in the moment, and come back to every day.
We source single-origin, organic specialty coffee and roast in small batches, fresh to order, right here in Houston, Texas. Every batch is carefully roasted to bring out the natural sweetness, character, and unique qualities of each origin.
Houston inspires a lot of what we do. It’s a city full of creativity, individuality, and people building something of their own. That spirit is at the heart of Outpost.
We believe great coffee starts with better sourcing, fresh roasting, and a commitment to doing things right.

While coffee is at the heart of what we do, we believe there’s room to bring different worlds together. Fitness is a personal passion of ours, and through Outpost, we hope to highlight the local gyms, athletes, and individuals who push themselves and those around them to be better.
At our core, we believe in people and the good they’re capable of. Our goal is to create something that goes beyond the product, sharing stories that inspire, celebrate dedication, and remind us of what we can accomplish together.
